	Dr. Laura E. Boucheron received her BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from NMSU in 2001, and 2003, and her PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2008. Her research interests include image analysis, signal and image processing, pattern classification, and applications of signal and image processing.
	Dr. Sukumar Brahma received his Bachelor of Engineering from L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad in 1989, Master of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1997, and PhD from Clemson University in 2003, all in Electrical Engineering. He is presently the William Kersting Endowed Chair Associate Professor and Associate Director of the Electric Utility Management Program (EUMP) at NMSU. His research interests include Power System Protection and Power System Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis.
	Dr. Jing Chen received her PhD in Cognitive Psychology and MS in Industrial Engineering in 2015 from Purdue University. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Engineering Psychology at NMSU. Dr. Chen’s research interests focus on investigating the fundamental principles of human performance and decision-making, and applying these principles to cybersecurity and human-automation interaction problems.
	Dr. Parth Nagarkar received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University and B.S. from Louisiana Tech University. His research interests include big data management, indexing, and query optimization. He is particularly interested in exploring the challenges surrounding scalable index structures and data processing systems, which empower efficient large-scale, high-dimensional data processing. He is currently researching distributed data processing systems for query processing in high-dimensional spaces. He has published in top-tier database venues, such as PVLDB and EDBT, and served as a PC member and reviewer for numerous conferences and journals.
	Dr. Satish Ranade received his PhD in Electrical Engineering in 1981 from University of Florida. He is PNM Chair Professor and Head of the Klipsch School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NMSU where he currently directs the EUMP. Dr. Ranade’s expertise is in Electric Power Systems and his current research interest is the development of the Energy Delivery paradigm.
	Dr. Talayeh Razzaghi received her PhD in Industrial Engineering in 2014 from the University of Central Florida. She is an Assistant Professor in the Industrial Engineering department at NMSU. Before joining NMSU, Dr. Razzaghi worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Computing at Clemson University. Dr. Razzaghi’s main research interests are dataa mining and machine learning, pattern recognition, and predictive models using massive and imbalanced data.
	Dr. Zachary O. Toups earned his PhD in Computer Science in 2010 from Texas A&M University in the Interface Ecology Lab and his BA in Computer Science from Southwestern University in 2003. He is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at NMSU. Dr. Toups’ research is focused on human-computer interaction and game design, with specializations in wearable computing and mixed reality. His research includes development of zero-fidelity simulation games for education, primarily to educate disaster responders in effective team coordination.
	Dr. Tao Wang received his Ph.D. degree from University of South Florida in 2019. His research focuses on network and cyber-physical security with an emphasis on designing defense methods that can protect emerging wireless technologies (e.g., IoT, 5G network) from being undermined by adversaries. Recently, he has been working on the adversarial machine learning towards secure resource allocation in Multi-user MIMO systems. His research is also related to web security, specifically, on identifying security threats and developing countermeasures to improve web security.
	Dr. William Yeoh received his PhD in Computer Science in 2010 from University of Southern California. He is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at NMSU. Before joining NMSU, Dr. Yeoh worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at University of Massachusetts, Amherst and as a Research Scientist at Singapore Management University. Dr. Yeoh’s research expertise is in the general areas of multi-agent systems and planning under uncertainty.
	Dr. Mai Zheng received his PhD in Computer Science in 2015 from Ohio State University. He is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at NMSU. Dr. Zheng’s research expertise is in the broad area of computer systems, including storage systems, parallel and distributed systems, and operating systems.
